Through New Orleans Personal Training Sessions with one of our certified trainers, we can create an individualized plan to help you reach your unique goals to help you become your best and most confident self.

What Exactly is Personal Training?

To put it simply, Personal Training is a tailored fitness experience. After meeting your trainer, you’ll discuss your goals, current lifestyle, previous fitness experience, previous injuries and more. This will help your coach understand where you’re coming from and where you’d like to get to through your sessions. From there, based on your goals and timeline, your coach will create a unique workout program to help you achieve your specific goals. In these hour-long sessions, your coach will work with you one-on-one to keep you moving and safe all while pushing you to new levels. And the best part is that Personal Training can be done at any age, experience level, and lifestyle.

What to Expect During Your Sessions

Once you sit down with your trainer and establish a plan, your trainer will create a new workout for you each session. Your trainer will choose the best exercises and help you load with appropriate weight and rep schemes for you based on your goals and your previous experience. Depending on your goals, your program will include some or all of the following:

  • Mobility
  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Balance & Stability
  • Functional Movements
  • Sport Specific Training
