How we Approach Sports Performance

We start you with a movement assessment from one of our Doctors on Physical Therapy. They will then communicate with your trainer to lay the groundwork for a workout program that works for you.

After your assessment, your trainer will start taking you through the fundamentals at your own pace; always paying attention to how you move and helping you learn your body and implement needed modifications so that you can get the most out of each exercise.
